  • Soul Liberation is an in-person offering that promotes conscious shifts in your everyday life. All transformation is to become more aligned with the calling of your heart and soul.

    Letting go of conditioning and seeing what your soul truly came here to learn, discover, and be.

    Through the exploration of various modalities such as Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys to see your Soul Contracts, themes, and how your unique energy and essence is meant to exist in the world. Also Guided Visualization, Soul retrieval, energy work or attunement, or mindful practices to illuminate any information that is relevant to the transits, your current experiences in daily life or deeper themes of healing.

    Everything you are experiencing is happening for you I am here to guide and support your journey guided by spirit and intuition.

    My Costa Rican retreat was in April 2023. Before I left for the retreat, I was at capacity, we’re really out of capacity so much. I Iork with Amy buw know that I needed more attsn ion or something big to happen. I was exhausted, I was mentally drained. I was eating all of the things that I wanted to eat, but not necessarily that were serving me.

    Well, and I was ready for a shift. But I didn't know what that was. And I just went to the retreat in Costa Rica, and I didn't know how to explain it or didn't understand what I was getting myself into. But I knew and felt that it was going to be a good thing.
