REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1:1, CIRCLE, RETREAT AWAKENING AND THERAPEUTIC INTEGRATION

You are working with a practitioner that is a Therapeutic Guide and Awakening Integration Specialist. I do not accept insurance nor do I work under the title of a licensed professional counselor but still follow most ethical guidelines. If you feel you need a higher level of care please consult with or obtain a mental health professional. For further information regarding this difference please contact Amy Leiter, at hellobeyond@amyleiter.com.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime if you must, as long as you provide at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.

IMMERSION RETREATS, US RETREATS

Refunds up to four weeks prior to retreat will be honored for retreats in the US. You may find another participant to take your place in the retreat or if there is a wait list and your spot can be filled, then reimbursement may be possible. If there is an issue less than 4 weeks no refunds. For illness it’s up to Amy Leiter’s discretion if a credit will be issued for another US Retreat.

INTERNATIONAL RETREATS

All payments are final; there are no refunds available.

ONLINE COMMUNITY, EVERYDAY ILLUMINATION CIRCLES + SOCIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Currently Circle + Portal is a Subscription you can cancel at anytime. All payments are final; there are no refunds available.

I (the participant) represent that I have no physical or mental health conditions or precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the  sound healing, yoga, meditation, breath, or wellness retreat, workshop, circle or session. I understand that yoga, meditation, breath and other related classes may be physically and mentally strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there are risks of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that Amy Leiter and associated facilitators or hosts, are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while on retreat, travel to and from the retreat or on an excursion.  I agree that neither me, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Amy Leiter or Beyond Therapy DBA and associated facilitators or hosts associated with Amy Leiter or Beyond Therapy, for trip cancellation, incurred travel expenses, personal injury, emotional damage, property damage/loss or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

For the benefit of all retreat participants, leaders and hosts, Amy Leiter reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability or reason. Amy Leiter is not liable for any participant’s choice to leave a retreat prior to its completion for any reason. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.
