All my life, I experienced numerous challenges, each one testing my resilience and strength. From a young age, I was confronted with adversity that seemed insurmountable. But instead of succumbing to despair, I chose to view these difficulties as lessons to be learned and opportunities for personal growth.
Through each obstacle, I discovered the importance of self-love and acceptance. I realized that in order to overcome the challenges that life threw at me. I needed to prioritize my own well-being and happiness. I made a conscious decision to embrace every aspect of myself, both the flaws and the strengths. By doing so, I was able to cultivate a deep love for who I am as a person.
This journey towards self-love was not easy. It required me to confront my own insecurities and face the suppressed emotions within that were holding me back. Through perseverance and a commitment to personal growth, I was able to overcome these obstacles and emerge stronger than ever. I have learned to embrace my past, my mistakes, and my imperfections, recognizing that they are an integral part of who I am. By loving every aspect of myself, I have found a sense of peace and fulfillment that transcends any external circumstances.
My story is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of self-love. It serves as a reminder that no matter how difficult life may be, we have the ability to overcome and thrive. I hope that my journey inspires others to prioritize their own well-being and embrace every aspect of themselves, for it is through this LOVE that we can truly find happiness and fulfillment.

For the majority of my life, I was a rule follower. I strived to be the best at
everything I did, but I didn’t always feel the best… I put myself last in
everything and would do everything for anyone. “No” was not in my
vocabulary. I struggled with feeling alone and depleted, yet I’d find myself
helping others with what little energy I had. I loved to help others, and even
have known this was one of my biggest desires in life - to help others find
themselves and live authentically. I knew I wanted this for others, yet I wasn’t
giving this to myself.
I felt stuck living a life that I didn’t feel aligned with, yet the life I wanted to live felt too out of reach. I went to years of therapy, EMDR, read numerous self-help books, dove into mental health and spirituality, and even received my degree in Sociology. I would dig and dig for tools to heal myself. All of these tools helped, yet I still felt so stuck. I desired a sense of safety and would look to others to find someone who would make me feel seen, heard, and acknowledged.
Little did I know… that person was me. I found what it feels like to live in
authenticity. I found ease. I found self-compassion. I found out how to break
down the walls of the rules and box I was living in. I found out what it means to tune in and start living in alignment.
Now, I am living the life I want to live and creating the life I want in my future. And I want the same for you. I see you. I hear you. You are worthy of investing in you. You are worthy of being seen by you.
I am a lover of Inner Children, an advocate of self-discovery, and
energetic healer. I facilitate breath work and share resources that show you how to find safety within, so you can feel free to live the life you desire.
